Lisa began her career at ComputerJobs.com, discovering her passion for connecting people with meaningful work. She excelled at Glotel, a global recruitment firm, before joining Monster.com.

At Monster, Lisa led strategic initiatives across Strategy Consulting, Training, and Sales Enablement, leaving a profound impact on the recruitment landscape. Renowned for her insights, she's a trusted authority on efficiency, sourcing, leadership, and candidate experience.

Renowned for her unparalleled insights and deep understanding of the recruitment ecosystem, Lisa is widely regarded as an authority in the field. Her expertise spans a spectrum of domains, with a keen focus on efficiency, sourcing strategies, leadership alignment and optimizing the candidate experience. Prior to her role at Kada, Marla spent over a decade at Monster, where she held various positions including Manager of Client Adoption and Senior Trainer for Recruitment Best Practices. During her tenure, she led teams of recruitment experts, consulted with clients on integrating Monster solutions, and delivered cutting-edge training on recruitment strategies. Marla also leading high-energy, highly-attended Power Recruiting Workshops for thousands of recruiters nationwide.

Marla's career also includes roles at Adecco, with a track record of success in cultivating candidate pools and delivering top-level service to clients. It was hear where she began to hone her skills in recruitment, client relations, and strategic consulting.
